The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services is currently seeking a Product Support Engineer (Associate & Mid-Level) to become part of the Commercial Provisioning Services team in Seattle, WA. Provisioning Services is responsible for engaging with and supporting airlines with part provisioning data and training in preparation for the introduction of new airplanes into their fleet. The team develops airline customers’ initial provisioning requirements, using the latest configuration and reliability data, for spare parts and materials for all Boeing commercial and commercial derivative aircraft models, and delivers a comprehensive suite of provisioning products. Provisioning Services also supports Boeing Sales teams and airline customers with data to understand what their spare part investment will look like.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive spares provisioning programs for airlines to support life cycle maintenance for all Boeing commercial aircraft. This includes initial provisioning of new aircraft as well as re-provisioning for used aircraftConduct provisioning conferences and training for airline personnel in accordance with contractual requirements and customer requestsSupport the data collection and analysis needs to respond to customer inquiries throughout the provisioning process and the aircraft lifecycleEnsure the quality and integrity of provisioning data in the Recommended Spare Parts List and other provisioning products, and that all contractual commitments are metReview and validation of Supplier provisioning data and other provisioning data elements associated with documented partsInterface and follow up with Suppliers, Boeing engineering design organizations, and other Boeing organizations supporting airline provisioning and Entry Into ServicePeriodic travel to Airline Customer sites will be required after an adequate level of experience and knowledge is attainedBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statementLevel 2: 3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with data analysis tools and software (such as Excel, SQL, or similar)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 5+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with digital platforms and learning new software.Experience in engineering roles requiring high attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work independentlyExperience presenting technical subjects using strong communication and presentation skills.Drug Free Workplace:

Summary Pay Range Associate (Level 2): $78,200- $105,800
