Good to have ERP & Quality Process understandingThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:Monitor tickets logged through the Standard SNC model for the Flex factory ARCH applicationsDetermine whether issues can be resolved via configuration changes or require deeper code fixesCoordinate with Vendor Teams and communicate timelines to GCO and Site users.Investigate production logs, error traces, and user-reported symptomsCompile RCA reports and recommend preventive measuresDocument lessons learned, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides & ensure site users have access to themFeed defect trends and usability concerns back to Solution Managers and Solution Architects to shape future releasesSupport pilot deployments at 1–4 sites, including configuration, migration, testing and training of Manufacturing & Quality based applicationsConduct end-to-end test runs & Integration tests for the sprint releases to validate the systems prior deploymentCreate deployment playbooks explaining step-by-step instructions to be considered as pre-deployment & deployment activitiesWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
