Job Description
Title of the Position: Product Supply Manager• Position Type: Managerial• Location: Milenio Plant, Irapuato• Work Hours: 40 hours • Profile: Recently graduated from any Engineering degree (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or any related field of engineering) or maximum 3 years confirmed experience in manufacturing roles.• Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop innovative solutions geared towards improving product designs as a Process Engineer.
+ Create outstanding consumer-driven product designs with innovative web processing equipment solutions as a Converting Engineer.
+ Design and deliver innovative packaging equipment solutions as a Packing Engineer.
+ Build automation systems, control information networks, or vision and robotic systems as a Control System Engineer.
+ Coordinate production teams and develop technicians to achieve business requirements and ensure a safe working environment.
• Hard Skills:
+ Engineering degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related fields.
+ Experience with automation systems and process dynamic simulation tools.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Soft Skills:
+ Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a multifunctional team environment.
• Nice to Have Skills:
+ Experience in process improvement and innovative engineering solutions.
