The Design Delivery Specialist collaborates with internal and external design agencies, product supply artwork teams, and multi-discipline partners on packaging artwork projects throughout the design development and execution process. This role ensures that design intent is consistently realized across all product forms and variants at the First Moment of Truth.

You will energetically identify issues and should have a desire to continually build on knowledge to optimize tools and processes. You should have the capability to analyze and assess current state and recommend systemic improvements. Provides direction and coaching to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met. Provides summary of outcomes, and after-action review.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with design managers and external agencies to ensure design intent realization by leveraging a deep understanding of brand equity, design principles, and supply chain requirements.Plan and manage design execution work using WebCenter application.  Drive critical path schedules, own escalating issues in a timely manner, provide solutions to recover time and associate implications to stakeholders.Serve as a graphic/2D package design execution expert on multifunctional initiative teams, ensuring excellence in design intent realization.Collaborate with pre-press and printers to assess print feasibility, identify solutions, plan and attend print trials, and resolve quality issues.Proactively explore cost savings and efficiency opportunities while tracking design delivery metrics.

Job Qualifications

Education:

Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field with relevant experience is preferred.

Requirements (Skills / Experience) for the role:2-4 years of experience in Design Production & Print (Design Agency, Pre-Press Agency, Production House, Printer) within the CPG industry preferred.A strong understanding of the E2E design process: from design concept through design production.Print Industry/Print Quality - Deep understanding of pre-press and printing and artwork file, industry standards, print production, print processes and press capabilities, inks, materials/substrates, specialty inks/finishes, proofing, and print trials.  Knowledge of Flexography, Lithography, & Digital printing preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and working knowledge of AI systems (ChatGPT).Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail and experience leading multiple high complexity projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information effectively.Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $64,000-$92,700

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
