Role summary:

 

As a Product Supply Specialist, you will analyse and coordinate all activities related to product supply in order to ensure availability of Finished Goods (FG), IQOS devices and accessories for Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia markets.

 

You will:

 

Constantly review and analyze production volume and timing plan;execute close monitoring and analysis of potential delays related to product supply and/or production constrains;proactively take actions to avoid out of stock situations in the markets;coordinate FG's transportation process from PMI Manufacturing Centres (MC) to Baltic States, ensuring optimal transportation costs and FG's inventories in the market warehouses within agreed levels;calculate and provide Tax Stickers (TS) requirements for production, based on production plans and inventories;act as a backup for Demand Planning Executive in order to ensure continuation of activities during their absence.

 

We expect that you:

 

Have a higher education degree.Have experience in logistics management.Worked in a Baltic business environment with high level of complexity and diversity (different law and requirements/country).Have great analytical skills and have worked with data systems (e.g. SAP, SCIPIO or similar)Are tolerant to agile, fast pace environment, multitasking & daily operational issue resolution.Show strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.Are fluent in Lithuanian and English.

Salary range for this role is 3,500 EUR gross to 4,000 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
