The New Technologies Specialist is a highly specialized professional responsible for the rollout and implementation of all new technologies within the Neurovascular division across Italy.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams, as well as with agents and distributors, to support product launches through training, technical assistance in the operating room, and market introduction activities.

**What you will do**
Key Activities & Accountabilities
+ Serve as a point of contact in NV technical and complex aneurysm treatment with the objective of upskilling sales teams to become independent in supporting complex cases and managing their new technology business pipeline.
+ With the in-country sales organization, contribute to identifying strategy for target accounts to drive New Technologies adoption.
+ Pay specific attention to clinical practice trends and competitor activity, and share with BU.
+ Coordinate physician in-service presentations, workshops, training sessions, proctorships and other customer education activities in alignment with the E-skill lab program.
+ Build close KOL relationships and play an instrumental part in the BU region strategy also looking to develop rising star physicians in partnership with country Marketing and network Stryker new technology advocates across region a globally.
+ Coordinate VOC activities together with Stryker internal stakeholders promoting high level cooperation & transparency in communication.
**What you need**
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration, Sales or Marketing, pharma, biology, bio-engineering or related experience/training in a medical, scientific, technical field
+ 4+ years of experience in medical device sales and/or marketing
+ Deep technical expertise in neurovascular interventional field
+ Native or C2 level of Italian and advanced level of English (C1)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Advanced degree in a medical or technical field
+ Proven track record in NV Sales success
Core Competencies:
+ Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to work in a team environment
+ Comfortable navigating complex matrix organization
+ Experience introducing and driving adoption of innovative medical technologies, product launch experience preferred
+ Results orientation with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering clear strategy
+ Skill set in developing KOL physician programs
Role details:
+ Territory: Italy
+ Based Location: cities in Italy nearby major airports
+ Type: 100% Field
+ Travel percentage: 70-80% (up to 50% overnight stay)
+ Presence in OR: 40-50%
