As a Product Specialist, you will guide guests through the Genesis purchase journey by providing expert product knowledge, thoughtful vehicle presentations, and a seamless buying experience from first greeting to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, luxury-first customer experienceDeliver polished vehicle presentations and demonstration drivesBuild lasting relationships through professional follow-up using CRMMaintain expert knowledge of Genesis products, pricing, and programsSupport customers through a smooth, non-confrontational purchase processParticipate in daily training and sales meetingsEnsure showroom and vehicle presentation meets luxury standardsDeliver vehicles and introduce customers to Service for long-term ownership care
