**What You Can Expect**
Responsible for supporting upstream marketing for the Global Hip Portfolio. Executes defined product management and customer service activities with growing independence. Manages daily operations for assigned products, supports marketing initiatives, and acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ General Product Management Duties/Responsibilities
+ Manages day-to-day product support activities and reporting.
+ Monitors product performance, analyzing trends and customer feedback.
+ Serves as a point of contact for customer and sales inquiries.
+ Coordinates cross-functional activities to address product issues.
+ Supports product lifecycle management tasks.
+ Contributes to planning meetings and recommends process improvements.
+ Upstream Marketing Duties/Responsibilities
+ Conducts basic market and customer research to inform product decisions.
+ Contributes to requirements gathering and business case development.
+ Participates in competitive analysis and voice-of-customer initiatives.
+ Supports new product evaluations and feasibility studies.
+ Collaborates on preliminary pricing and positioning input.

**Your Background**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
+ A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
+ Preferred:
+ Marketing experience with orthopedic medical device product lines
**Travel Expectations**
Up to 35%
**Expected Compensation Range**
$55,000 - $75,000 USD Annual
