As a key brand ambassador, you’ll guide customers through the exciting features and innovations of BMW vehicles, ensuring they feel confident and inspired every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted expert on BMW technology, features, and performanceSupport the sales team before, during, and after the sale to enhance the customer journeyConduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drivesCollaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experienceTroubleshoot customer concerns and provide tech support when neededUse digital tools and video presentations to showcase vehicle configurationsWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a product specialist or customer support roleStrong communication skills—both verbal and writtenTech-savvy with the ability to explain complex systems clearlyProficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software toolsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAutomotive industry experience preferred but not requiredCompensation: The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is: $17 - $18 plus commission
