Your Opportunity:
Support our customers and field service representatives from Spain and Portugal by telephone and digital channel.
Handle customer and employee inquiries, including technical product problems and defining suitable measures.
Act as the interface between customers, field force, and global divisions, providing sustainable solutions for complex support cases.
Take independent responsibility for new product launches and technical product changeovers for customers.
Continuously monitor the process and quality of our services to improve service quality.
Conduct on-site service activities to support field-based technical support and sales personnel.
Provide business support to Sales and Marketing.
Who You Are:
You have an advanced level of Spanish, Portuguese, and a very high level of English.
You have successfully completed your studies in Health Sciences, e.g. as a biologist or biotechnology or you have a qualification such as a laboratory technician, medical technical assistant or medical Engineering.
You have demonstrated expertise in the medical or technical environment, either through customer service in sales/marketing or in a Molecular Biology laboratory.You are familiar with medical analysis systems and quality assurance.
You have in-depth knowledge of indications and analytics in laboratory medicine.
You are fascinated by technical problems and consistently provide effective solutions.
You enjoy being a competent contact partner for customers and colleagues.
You demonstrate excellent communicative and analytical skills combined with high customer orientation, team orientation, and self-initiative.
