The Product Sourcing Engineer (PSE) plays a pivotal role in driving advanced and new product development efforts by establishing and industrializing the supplier base for innovation projects. The role leads the creation of Product Cost Roadmaps for existing products, aiming to deliver improvements in cost efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation. It actively engages suppliers in BoM RFP processes to secure competitive pricing and comprehensive participation, while conducting Design for Excellence (DfX) activities to enhance overall product value.
