As a Product Solutions Associate in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you are responsible for supporting the sales cycle and contributing to the discovery of potential solutions to clients’ needs in collaboration with our Sales, Product Development, and Technical Client teams.
Job responsibilitiesSupports team members to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements and provide valueParticipates in strategic initiatives and coordinates on projects that contribute to the definition and configuration of our product offerings and capabilitiesCoordinates with the team to understand and assess current state, data capabilities, and the delivery of strategic solutionsAggregates the data needed to support the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise leveraging problem-solving skills on a team within a cluster of productsExperience aggregating data to support analysis and report buildingDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixes and complex organizationProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointRelevant experience in product management or Financial Services - Consulting / StrategyExcellent organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlinesHigh degree of initiative and proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnershipsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; ability to digest complex regulations and legal documentationAdvanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel skills; attention to detail is criticalStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-level communications
