The Product Sales Specialist (d/f/m) – Confocal Microscopy is responsible for
advising and supporting our research customers and dealers in the field of confocal microscopy/research in the region of Poland, with the goal of further developing this area and ensuring long-term customer engagement.

This position reports to the Sales Manager Confocal and is part of the Account/ Direct Sales department in the Central Region (Warsaw), located in Polen and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Developing new customer potential and conducting sales conversations with confidence

Supporting regional dealers and distributors in advanced confocal microscopy projects

Providing intensive support to core imaging facilities and key institutes within the sales region

Generating leads through marketing activities, product presentations, and workshops

Identifying new customer contacts in alignment with strategic guidelines

Supplying sales management and marketing with insights on market share development, competitor activities, trends, and market dynamics in the assigned region

The essential requirements of the job include:

University degree in biology or a related life science field

Several years of sales experience in the life sciences or advanced biology industry

Hands-on experience in microscopy and specialized microscopic techniques, particularly confocal microscopy, with strong technical understanding

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; German language skills are a plus

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel – 70 % travel within territory

Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
