**Job Responsibilities:**
* Acts as the subject matter expert on products, empowering stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve ambitious product deal objectives by providing inputs across assigned accounts, working under direct supervision.
* Works closely with stakeholders to proactively inform customers about the latest technological innovations, recommend optimal configurations, and facilitate upgrades to existing installations, ensuring all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively to enhance satisfaction and meet aggressive sales targets.
* Delivers compelling and persuasive sales presentations, conducts comprehensive product demonstrations, and oversees the seamless installation and maintenance of Philips products, solutions, and services, ensuring they meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.
* Maintains CRM records with accurate customer interactions and sales data for products, ensuring timely data entry to support sales strategies, track engagement, and enhance customer relationships, while leveraging insights to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
* Analyzes detailed customer requirements, applying extensive product knowledge to assess and propose tailored solutions that align perfectly with customer expectations and overarching business objectives.
* Participates in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial unit, streamlining complex sales processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sustained business growth.
* Ensures strict adherence to regulatory standards and Philips policies across all sales activities, maintaining the highest levels of quality and compliance.
* Tracks evolving market trends, evaluates product performance rigorously and gathers actionable customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and develop robust, data-driven sales strategies.
* Prepares meticulous and insightful reports and performance metrics on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights, providing critical support for strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.
* Engages proactively with stakeholders at various levels, including customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries, providing innovative solutions, and cultivating strong, lasting business relationships.
* Supports the development and delivery of high-impact training sessions for internal teams, enhancing their understanding of product features and applications and promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
**Minimum required Education:**
High School Diploma/ Vocational education OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
**Minimum required Experience:**
Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent with High School Diploma/ Vocational education OR no prior experience required with Bachelor's
