Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for quality assurance in development projects within the Computed Tomography Business Line.Your main focus will be on our innovative software and system solutions that support our customers in diagnosing and treating a wide range of clinical challenges.You will act as an independent advisor and monitor compliance with quality processes and regulatory requirements.You proactively recognise potential for improvement with regard to compliance with regulatory requirements and thus ensure conformity with external authorities.You will actively contribute to development projects from a quality perspective and ensure continuous improvement and review of our processes.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have successfully completed a university degree in natural sciences, engineering, medical technology, or a comparable field.You have many years of professional experience in quality management within the medical device industry or similarly regulated sectors.Do you have extensive professional experience and additional qualifications in this field, but no university degree? We also look forward to your application.Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of applicable standards and regulations for medical devices (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR, 21 CFR 820, as well as ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and IEC 82304).You ideally have profound experience in applying these regulations within agile development projects.Ideally, you have already gained experience as both an auditor and an auditee.


Your attributes and skills:

You enjoy working in an international environment and have demonstrable intercultural experience. You are confident communicating in English and ideally also in German.We win together: You have a strong quality mindset, show initiative in driving topics forward, and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams to implement standards together.You are persuasive, assertive, and a strong communicator to ensure quality in our development projects.
