**Description and Requirements**
**Job Responsibilities**
1.Lead Quality activities and customer quality requirements assurance, submit APQP package; PPAP package, etc.
2.Familiar on Quality tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, FTA.
3.Control the Quality/Warranty cost. Set-up Quality/Warranty objective and drive team to meet.
4.Quality assurance- Perform quality assessments throughout development to mass-production, define the FTQ and process quality target.
5.Dive deep for program lessons learned. Lead Lessons Learn activities in project, such as BIQ.
6.Production quality assurance. Support pre-builds and ensure production quality in control, issue related build reports. Work with plant quality together.
7.0km and Warranty issues follow up and risk assessment. Lead improvement plans, and corrective actions to the customer. Provide quality report (8D, DMAIC,etc) to CQE, ensure the report quality.
8.Host customer Audit for projects. Drive closure of open issues.
9.Lead the change management progress, provide PPAP to customer in mass-production.
**Job Requirements**
1.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Automotive, etc
2.Over 5 years’ service experience for Quality/Manufacture relative jobs in Automotive suppliers.
3.Experience in Problem Solving practices. Advanced analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult. Eg. Green Belt, Shinning.
4.Interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, suppliers and internal team. Familiar to TS16949 standard and OEM customer quality system. Familiar with VW CSR is a must (Formel-Q, VDA6.3,PPA).
5.Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
6.Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.
