**Who will you be working with?**
Our China TSG team offering full customer support throughout Wabtec equipment’s life cycle, is dedicated to providing customers with faster, more convenient, and China-tailored comprehensive after-sales services across four key areas: spare parts supply, off train services, on train services, and upgraded technical support.
We have full organization for all functions including Sales and Project Management. Supply Chain, Engineering and field service.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a member of the China TSG group/division, you will be responsible for
Validation of customer requirements , Order management from quotation to delivery; New Products and Innovations marketing analysis.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen Wabtec’s reputation.
+ Conduct regular proactive customer visits, systematically analyze customer pain points and potential needs, and develop and deliver tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
+ Implement sales strategies and action plans to ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
+ Independently manage the whole sales process including leading business negotiations, inquiry offer from SISICO and offer to custom, finalizing contract terms, release purchase order to SISCO and tracking payment collection
+ Proactively collect and organize key market intelligence, including industry development trends, competitor dynamics (e.g., product offerings, pricing, and market share), and customer feedback. Compile comprehensive and insightful market analysis reports.
+ Participate in the formulation of strategy and provide data-driven insights and support to align with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
+ Collaborate closely with the whole team, technical support, PM and other internal departments to establish a smooth communication mechanism. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
+ Skilled in probing and identifying customer needs accurately, and proficient in business negotiation techniques to drive win-win outcomes.
+ Demonstrates the ability to quickly perceive and analyze market opportunities.
+ Formulate effective response strategies to capitalize on potential business prospects.
+ College diploma or above; preference given to those with marketing or business management experience in the rail transportation industry.
+ 3-5 years relevant work experience; priority will be given to applicants who possess existing industry resources (e.g., customer networks, partner connections).
+ Familiar with all office tools
+ Uphold high standards of integrity and self-discipline, strictly comply with company rules and regulations.
+ Possess strong team spirit, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective goals.
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Customer requirement validation
+ Making offers to customers
+ Order management
+ Internal company Coordination and communication.
+ Internal processing execution on Wabtec system and tools like: CRM, CPQ, SISCAT etc.
+ New Products and Innovations marketing analysis
