PRODUCT PRICING ANALYST II Posting Start Date: 1/30/26 **At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.** Job Description: **Job Overview** TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning. **Roles & Responsibility:** + Lead projects on the Segment Pricing Applications & System Intelligence on enhancement, maintenance of advanced pricing software and capability. + Build cross functional and cross Business Unit relationships to gain alignment from peers, leaders, and stakeholders in the implementation of cross BU pricing projects. + Support management, drive and lead project management meetings etc. + Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. + Measure the ROI on the pricing project and provide visibility to the management on achieved vs target. + Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. + Co-ordinate with various stakeholders regularly and drive for actions. + Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. + Able to understand the pricing business concepts and operational concepts and utilize the knowledge in driving the result quicker. + Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project life cycle. + Reports to analyse BU Pricing Contracts with Direct, Distribution or Subcontractors + Interact regularly with Pricing, Sales, Product Management + Participate actively in team goals and support teamwork. + Identify the area of improvement and eliminate waste in routine tasks + Play a key role in the Ship & Debit project, responsible for providing pricing data, conducting detailed analyses, managing backlog order price adjustments, and coordinating closely with Sales, Business Unit Pricing, customer service and Distributors. + Contribute to the TAM to DTAM project by providing essential pricing data, creating/maintaining agreements, and coordinating closely with Sales, Business Unit Pricing, customer service and Distributors to ensure alignment and efficient project execution. **Competencies/Skills:** + Strategic Thinker with the ability to formulate, develop, contribute to and execute pricing project to the pricing processes. + Ability to run/execute pricing project independently + Ability to champion ideas, focus on results and command respect through exercise of sound business judgement and decision making + Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, interact with, focus, and drive consensus amount individuals across multiple business units and functions + Excellent presentation and communication skills + Executive presence…. possess confidence and assertiveness + Exceptional organization skill and detail oriented + Able to translate business requirements thru presentations. **Desired Candidate profile:** + Minimum master’s degree; Business, Marketing, Finance. + 4 to 6 Years of in Pricing analytics/operations, project management or applicable experience + Able to work with global cross-functional team efforts + Working knowledge of Microsoft excel, Power point is must + Able to present the work in power point presentation + Strong communication skills + Experience with SAP and Advanced Pricing Software also a plus + Knowledge of TE Operational Advantage/Continuous Improvement Tools is a plus **Competencies** Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
