Product Portfolio Operations Manager
As a Product Portfolio Operations Manager, within CCB Operations, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving connectivity and alignment across our diverse product portfolio. You will establish operational frameworks, champion process excellence, and ensure our products deliver measurable value to the organization. This role partners closely with product owners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver on both immediate objectives and long-term vision. **Job responsibilities** + Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional roadmap development to ensure strategic prioritization and alignment across product lines + Conduct impact assessments and manage discovery documentation to support informed decision-making + Facilitate coordination of product delivery activities, including feature mapping, release planning, launch validation, and operational readiness across teams + Drive process improvement and change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation + Oversee portfolio reporting, communications, and governance to maintain transparency and stakeholder alignment **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Minimum of 5 years' experience in product portfolio management, program management, or operational excellence within a large, matrixed organization + Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, process optimization, and change management + Proven success in the product development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration + Strong analytical skills with experience in impact assessment and risk evaluation + Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
