We are looking for a Product & Packaging Development Lead reporting to Manager Product & Packaging.

And will be one of the first in organization who will know and work on new product launches, launches of new categories, product changes and other product innovations! 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate and coordinate all product-related Marketing Initiatives for Ukraine and Moldova markets both for cigarette category (Parliament, Marlboro and other brands) and for Smoke-Free Products (IQOS, BONDS, TEREA, DELIA, ZYN and others) - new product launches, design changes / product modifications etc. Ensure realization of projects in line with desired scope and in market sales dates. Keep a close track of all on-going and planned projects, their status and required next steps, as well as any changes within their scope.Act as a single point of contact and keep a close relation with Marketing Brand groups, Product Development, Operations, Sales Planning, Legal and Corporate Affairs to execute projects in the agreed timing and scope. Timely announce product changes to relevant functions.Support brand teams and markets in project scheduling, incorporating relevant inputs from Sales and Supply Chain Planning teams.Control of bi-weekly price changes process, reflecting correct prices, cooperating with other departments to coordinate smooth price change process.In cooperation with Product Development and Operations, identify and coordinate product cost optimization initiatives.Generate innovative ideas to streamline and optimize existing product development processes or develop new ones.

REQUIREMENTS:

Overall experience: 3+ years Operations / Project Management / Product Marketing / Supply Сhain.Good understanding of product development and marketing principles will be an advantage.Language: Ukrainian - Fluent, English – Upper-IntermediateSkills: Communication, Project management, Analytical and critical thinking, Drive for Results, Customer FocusMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) – proficient user.
