The project uses the methodology SAFe. The supported applications of this role are based on Websphere, Java, Angular, Hibernate, DB2 and are connected to other system components by IBM MQ and services. Job role and responsibilities: * As a PO you work closely with the customer PM, analyse features and break them down into stories to hand them over to the dev team. * You lead the business analysts in your team who need to define the details of the stories such as Use Cases and Business Rules * You lead and support the Indian development team during implementation and testing process * You build up business know-how in the Swiss social insurance system * You are responsible for the creation and update of use cases, business rules, interfaces and further work products * You analyze and resolve incidents and problems in the production environment and are able to run SQL scripts What we offer: * Individual career path * Access to countless trainings and certification offerings * A knowledge sharing culture * An environment where you are actively contributing your ideas * The possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companies **Required technical and professional expertise** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 7+ years of experience in technical business analysis, in leading roles, preferably as PO * Strong technical skills in SQL, MQ Services, Java, use case modeling * SAFe Agilist Certification or practical experience in projects done according to SAFe * Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken, at least C1 level) * Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Cloud certifications (Azure). * Skills in Openshift, Angular JS * IREB Certification IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
