The Product Manager is responsible develops and drives the overall vision and roadmap of the product and breaks it down into detailed requirements and buildable pieces. The Product Manager is the critical layer that takes ideas from the marketing, sales, and creative teams and works with the development team to make them a reality. The Product Manager owns the backlog and will prioritize it to maximize the value of the work of the development team while ensuring adherence to the Agile Scrum process..
This position reports to the Director, Business Software Solutions and is part of the Business Software Solutions Team l ocated in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site, hybrid, or remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Work to build common language and alignment across stakeholders and the development team.
+ Responsible product roadmap, release plans, and detailed requirements from concept through delivery.
+ Gather, analyze and translate business needs into actionable work by authoring and refining user needs, epics, features, user stories and clear acceptance criteria for eCommerce and related projects.
+ Manage the product backlog and work with stakeholders to ensure product backlog items are always correctly prioritized in alignment with the product roadmap and feature priorities.
+ Refine backlog to ensure user stories have detailed and accurate acceptance criteria and are ‘ready’ for development to start.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher with a preferred area of study in computer science, business, project management or related field
+ 3+ years of experience in Product Owner (certification preferred), Business Analyst, or software development role
+ In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum process and principles
+ Experience working with geographically dispersed agile development teams across the globe
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing conflicting priorities and emerging requests
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Travel for meetings 1-2x per annually
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience working with agile software tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc. preferred
+ Experience with Web technology, APIs, content management software (i.e. Sitecore) preferred
+ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 ERP & CRM, Salesforce CRM preferred

The annual salary range for this role is 75,000 - 80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
