This role partners closely with scientific, operational, and technology stakeholders to translate complex laboratory business needs into scalable, high‑value system solutions.What You’ll Be Doing:Own and manage the LTMS product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization across competing business demandsTranslate laboratory and operational business needs into clear, actionable system requirements and user storiesDefine system scope, objectives, and standards while ensuring alignment with enterprise laboratory workflowsGuide and mentor Business Systems Analysts and offshore teams on best practices, documentation standards, and delivery executionPartner with technical teams to support system design decisions, enhancements, and modernization initiativesIdentify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across laboratory systems and processesSupport cross‑functional stakeholders by resolving priority conflicts and driving consensusWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceStrong experience supporting enterprise or client‑facing laboratory, clinical, or regulated systemsDemonstrated ability to manage complex product backlogs and translate business requirements into system specificationsOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Strong product ownership, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills in complex environmentsAbility to balance strategic roadmap planning with hands‑on operational executionExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across scientific, technical, and business teamsWhat We Offer You:We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,600.00 - $211,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
