As a **Product Owner** on our team, you will: - Manage the roadmap for Digital Art, Coordination, and UX/UI projects, reporting progress and risks to the various stakeholders - Execute strategic prioritization of the backlog, analyzing time/ cost/ scope/ impact/ benefit - Define and documentation of the functional requirements of the initiatives, epics, and user stories. - Plan, monitor, and execute evolutionary and corrective actions with the teams involved - Provide business insight to the technical team and collaborate on technological leadership, creating new opportunities for innovation - Conduct continuous benchmarking, considering the opinions of different stakeholders, to propose improvements - Execute analysis of results to incrementally refine the digital product - Plan and test production deployments with the PMO, QA, and the various stakeholders **Your qualifications** We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Concentrix is a great match if you: - Are proficient or bilingual in **Spanish** plus you have an advanced level **English** **- Are flexible to travel to Tordera twice a week** -Have Bachelor´s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar discipline - Have +3 years’ experience as a Product Owner using agile frameworks - Have experience related to content management and UX/UI - Have experience or knowledge in retail or e-commerce industry is highly desirable - Are detail oriented, organized and proactive - Have experience in team management - Have experience in Scrum project management **It would be a plus if you:** - Have certifications in PMI or Agile project management - Have web development knowledge - Have knowledge of UX/UI, REST APIs, and front- and back-end technologies Don’t meet every requirement?
