You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Define features, requirements, and leverage agile product management principles as you create financial products and offerings that are simple, intuitive, and meet complex healthcare financial services needs + Work with a broad matrix of stakeholders including, treasury, finance, credit, underwriters, engineering, and other business stakeholders through ideation, specification, design, test, launch, and deployment. + Provide input to partners and stakeholders on projects and planning activities such as impact identification, defining prioritization, efforts required and developing solutions + Capture requirements, prioritize features, support UAT activities, and oversee delivery of functionalities and products roadmap + Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + 3+ years of product ownership experience, with advanced understanding of agile product development methodologies + 3+ years of experience in applications systems analysis and/or programming roles, with a high proficiency in technical writing and technical documentation + 3+ years of experience with financial services products, applications, and banking systems + 3+ years of experience with SLDC tools such as aha, Jira, confluence **Preferred Qualification:** + Experience with Web/Portal projects. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
