Deep knowledge in Chatbot implementations Proven experience in managing AI/chatbot or conversational interface products from concept to launch Strong knowledge of chatbot technologies, bot framework, NLP, AI, and digital customer engagement tools is required Ability to analyze user interactions and feedback to iterate and enhance chatbot capabilities The candidate should have a strong background in leading business requirement definition and translating them into user stories and epics. They must have prior experience running agile pods and overseeing end-to-end implementation. Experience in the financial services domain is a must Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions. Must be excellent communicator and has track record of working with senior stakeholders. Must have experience managing large programs for Banks and FIs Plan and execute PI ceremonies and should be able to articulate Capabilities/Features/User stories
