What you’ll do

The Product Owner plays a key role in how the Consumer Business Unit uses the PEGA platform for data-driven, intelligent, and personalized customer engagement. Sitting in the commercial team, the role combines strategic leadership and cross-functional orchestration to ensure PEGA delivers Base Growth goals aligned with Consumer Business objectives.

 

More specifically, you will:

Formulate and own the PEGA Commercial Vision & Roadmap, work with IT to deliver it, ensuring alignment with the Base Growth vision.

Translate CVM strategies into PEGA customer journeys, collaborating with Base Growth Product Owners and Digital teams to design and activate campaigns.

Guide, lead, and mentor the PEGA Designers, establishing structured workflows for quality delivery, platform optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Collaborate with PEGA tech & delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable, timely, and high-quality outputs.

Own and prioritize the PEGA backlog, considering input from Product Owners, CVM, Digital, and Call Center to maximize business value.

Engage with Vodafone Group CVM, Digital Base, Call Center, PEGA Tech team, and vendor to promote best practices and accelerate platform use.

Who you are  MSc or BSc in Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or Information Systems5+ years of experience in marketing automation or campaign management platforms Strong commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign design and prioritization Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management across commercial and technical teams Analytical, structured, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills Not a perfect fit?
