CUSTOMER
Partner with management, technology group, and vendor to support the delivery of a product visionIn alignment with the product vision, create, maintain and implement end-to-end product operating model in such a way that it enhances the end to end user experienceOwn and manage business requirements, procedures, product/usage roadmap and implementation plan, including overall operating model, access management, RASCI, and development of other required documentation (i.e., governance, training, etc.) while achieving business objectivesContinuously align with senior management on the product delivery roadmap, to maximize on the benefitsReview performance analytics; recommend and champion strategies to enhance the end user product experienceProactively engage established business process partners to ensure customers or end users are prepared for application changes and establish Day 2 processesManage delivery initiativesProactively raise issues that impede the efficient delivery of customer-focused incrementsDevelop and maintain a robust understanding of the regulatory requirements, customer, market, and industry to deliver product and process innovation to improve the value propositionOversee and ensure the clear and effective delivery of products and services to the customerAct as Subject Matter Expert for product-related inquiriesLiaise with partners to understand industry and customer trends; analyze challenges and identify areas of opportunity through research; facilitate ideation sessions and build necessary business cases, identifying solutions and building stronger plansLead and facilitate problem solving sessions with partners and vendorsDesign end to end process for implementation, use, reporting and feedback on products and segmentsParticipate in the day to day management of the product(s), identifying and implementing product features, enhancements, reporting, access management, providing business case support of recommendations and assisting in the strategic development of new initiativesSHAREHOLDER
