Function of the Group:
Combination of mitigating risk, reducing costs and generating revenue.

Initiatives/Projects: Product Owner of our Ledger Private Bank Design System crew. The design system is a product specific library for our Private Bank / Wealth Management product teams which works in tandem with our primary retail design system.

Team Dynamic:
Design system is consumed by 7 product engineering teams with 15 product designers, 2 content designers consuming.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Used for customer-facing and internal-facing Wealth Management experiences
Delivery and stability of UI components (e.g. buttons, text input fields) to all development crews as part of the design system component library

Coordinates with dev crews to facilitate changes, responding to requests for new and enhanced components

Coordinates long-term maintenance, vulnerability remediation and tech dependencies

Works directly with design pod (2 primary, 5 extended) for design requirements on new components and modifications / enhancements to existing components as well as design governance

Level 3: 4-6 YRS

Must Have Technical Skills: Design systems / UI component library product ownership experience Storybook Jira Figma ADA Accessibility (WCAG 2.0 / 2.2) knowledge

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: Development / engineering experience helpful Business Systems Analyst experience preferred as some story writing in Jira may be required


Education/Certifications: Experience in lieu of education CSPO cert is a plus
