Product Owner II - Customer Identity and Access Management - Analytics & Monitoring Team

Additional locations may be considered. As a Product Owner II within PNC's Technology Organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Birmingham AL, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX. We are seeking a proactive and strategic Product Owner to join our Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Analytics & Monitoring team at PNC. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for enhancing identity and access management solutions, driving improvements in analytics and monitoring to ensure a secure and seamless customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, security, and operations, to ensure that our CIAM systems are continuously evolving to meet business and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Lead the development and execution of the product vision and strategy for CIAM Analytics and monitoring tools. Define the product roadmap and set priorities based on business objectives and customer feedback. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders including security teams, risk management and product managers to ensure that product requirements align with organizational priorities. Requirements Definition: Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and technical requirements for new features, system enhancements, and reporting capabilities within the CIAM landscape. Analytics and Monitoring Expertise: Oversee the design and implementation of data-driven insights and reporting tools that track key identity and access management metrics, including authentication success/failure, fraud detection, and account recovery processes, to a name a few. Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization and automation in monitoring processes. Work closely with engineering and data science teams to drive innovations that improve performance, security, and customer experience. Agile Product management: Act as the agile product owner for the team, managing the product backlog, sprint planning, and execution of deliverables. Foster collaboration within cross functional teams to ensure timely product delivery. Model Governance: Implement and enforce model governance standards, ensuring that analytics models are accurate, regularly updated and adhere to compliance regulations. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management preferred , with a strong focus on CIAM, security analytics, or identity management systems. Technical Understanding: Solid technical background, with knowledge of identity and access management technologies, fraud detection systems and data analytics tools (for example: tableau & power bi) Data-Driven mindset: Expertise in working with data science teams to drive data-centric decision-making and advanced analytics solutions. Data Governance and Quality: Ensure data products meet the required standards, including data quality, security, and governance. This involves validating designs to meet business and operational requirements. Agile Methodologies: Experience managing products in an agile environment with hands-on experience in backlog management, authoring user stories, prioritizing the team backlog within sprints and sprint planning. Ensure traceability between requirements, features and user stories. Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across teams and drive alignment on key initiatives. Certifications: PMP, Scrum Product Owner, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with CIAM tools and platforms such as Okta, Transmit, Ping Identity or similar. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog. + Works in partnership with the Scrum Master(s) to ensure items are worked on in accordance with the product backlog. Serves as the primary point of contact for questions from the team(s). + Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Teams(s). Reviews and validates Scrum Team(s) working product. Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to various stakeholders.
