A growing technology delivery team is seeking a Product Owner to drive cross-functional coordination and delivery of platform initiatives. In this role, you'll bridge business and technical teams, manage backlogs, and define priorities that align with user needs and business goals. Responsibilities:Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support continuous delivery of features and improvementsServe as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify requirements and set clear expectationsCollaborate with BAs and QAs on the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plansSchedule and coordinate product releases and sprint planning activitiesAnalyze user feedback and data to refine product direction and roadmap Qualifications and Requirements:Required:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum MasterStrong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycleExperience using tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOpsProven ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and translate business needs into deliverablesPreferred:Experience in continuous delivery and integration environmentsFamiliarity with the insurance or financial services industryBackground in business analysis or project managementStrong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skillsAbility to write and decompose user stories and test cases Work Authorization & Employment Status RequirementsApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States We are not able to sponsor or assume responsibility for employment visas, including but not limited to H-1B, now or in the future We also cannot accept C2C (Corp-to-Corp) or third-party candidates Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $56 – $67 per hourMedical, Dental, and Life insurance benefitsEligible for a 401(k) planWeekly Pay with direct deposit Your New Organization:
