Your Profile3+ Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder Program Manager
Erfahrung mit digitalen Produkten/Plattformen – idealerweise im Healthcare‑ oder regulierten Umfeld
Sehr gutes Verständnis von Agile‑Methoden (Scrum/Kanban) und Requirements Engineering
Kenntnisse in Data Analytics, Data Governance und datengetriebenen Entscheidungen
Erfahrung mit Datenschutz & Compliance (z. B. DSGVO, HIPAA, MDR) von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstärke, Team‑Leadership, Nutzerfokus und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten datenbasiert zu setzen
