We’re seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our cloud engineering platform. This role focuses on delivering functionality that empowers information workers across email, messaging, document repositories, and collaborative tools. You’ll work closely with cloud platform engineers and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing services are available across the organization. What You’ll Do + Define goals and execution plans for development projects with a focus on outcomes + Translate product initiatives into actionable user stories for engineering teams + Lead Agile ceremonies and activities alongside the Scrum Master + Provide leadership and guidance to software product delivery teams + Maintain regular communication with program managers, sponsors, and technical teams What You Bring + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience + 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles + Strong understanding of cloud engineering platforms (e.g., Azure) + Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) + Familiarity with software development practices and CI/CD + Proficiency in tools like DevOps, JIRA, or Rally Work Environment + Hybrid schedule: ~100% on-site during the first month, then 50% on-site + Reports to Program Manager of Cloud Enablement/Migration + Flexible hours, casual dress code, and modern workspaces + Twice-yearly raise opportunities and strong benefits package + On-site 6,000 sq. ft. fitness facility and educational assistance program Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
