Thales DIS BPS Digital offers various innovative, secure and fully digital solutions for banks and financial institutions. Transaction Control product offers our banking clients new features and rapid developments in their payment workflow by complementing or replacing their authorization management system (accept or reject payments). It offers a control for transaction ranging from the protection against suspicious payments made abroad, to innovative dynamic CVV that changes between each card usage for payment to maximize user experience and security.

We seek a Product Owner / Product Owner responsible for the definition, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap for this solution.

RESPONSIBILITIESOwn product vision by taking into account industry trend and customer needsClose collaboration with the Solution Designer in the definition of solution/product featureManage and prioritise product backlog to maximise the product value proposition for customer/end-userProvide well-defined user stories for the agile team's executionAccountable for the sizing of the user story with the team during groomingEnsure the quality of implementation of the story by emphasising DoD and acceptance of stories on sprint reviewsEnsure that software security metrics are taken into account, including necessary follow-up to ensure no known high/critical security issue before the releaseEnsure performance requirements are taken into account and measurableEnsure UX/DX aspects are taken into account, liaise with UX designer whenever neededAccountable for detailed specification (internal) and external specification (developer portal)Track sprint progress and act proactively on impedimentsProvide iteration and release planning and collaborate with Release Manager to ensure proper deployment of the solutionBuild and maintain product roadmap with regular quarterly updatesWork closely with other Product Owners to ensure dependencies/expectations of the other parts of the solutions are concise and trackedPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESBachelor or master degreeProven track record of product management in SaaS with at least 5+ years of relevant experienceExperience in card payment / transaction management systemComfortable in defining web services API as the primary interfaces of the solutionComfortable with applied cryptography and software security conceptIn-depth knowledge of agile processes and principlesOutstanding communication, presentation and leadership skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailsOrganised and comfortable in managing planning with multiple dependenciesExperience in UX design is a plus
