As a Product Owner / Business Analyst, you’ll work hands-on with the latest technologies and collaborate closely with experts from Romania and France.

Required competencies/experience :

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks)Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams/squads, providing clear product/business direction and facilitating collaborationExpertise in translating strategic and business needs into actionable business and system requirements for cross-functional delivery teamsExperience identifying process inefficiencies and designing solutions to improve organizational resilience, agility, and operational readinessStrong analytical skills, including analyzing operational, logistical, and technical data to support product/program developmentSolid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and proceduresHands-on experience using requirements management, backlog, or ticketing tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceDemonstrated ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders—from operational staff to executive leadership—supporting the full project/product lifecycle, from concept to deliverySkilled in risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, and formulating strategic recommendationsExperience defining and developing complex features, user interfaces, charts, KPIs, and key performance indicatorsExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagementStrategic thinker: able to identify trends, uncover underlying needs, and align product vision to organizational strategy, especially in domains undergoing transformation (proof of concepts, pilots, MVP, change management)Facilitation skills, especially for virtual/remote alignment and engagement meetingsStrong data-driven mindset; adept at leveraging product and adoption metrics (acquisition, activation, NPS, UX surveys, burndown charts, etc.) to drive decision-making
