Key Responsibilities

Oversight and facilitation of agile ceremonies, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement practices. Ensure solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing and validation. Develop and maintain digital product roadmaps and delivery plans that align with business priorities. Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and stakeholders to develop long term plans and deliver high-value outcomes. Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency to reduce costs. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee financials, prepare business cases, and ensure cost-effective delivery. Promote automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges and unlock new opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

Significant experience in managing and delivering digital products or projects. A proven track record in delivering complex digital transformation initiatives. Extensive expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, or related disciplines. A passion for tech, innovation, and making a difference.
