Your Role

Experience in embedded SW development and managing Embedded programs Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and technical requirements Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc) and regulations. Understanding of quality assurance processes Define and maintain product backlogs Experience in concept-to-production development process Good product management in Automotive domain Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams Good Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal skilla with effective communication and presentation ability. Defining timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for automotive projects. Identifying and mitigating risks in product development Working effectively with international teams, often across time zones and cultures Strong interpersonal skills for understanding and managing team dynamics Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in the automotive sector. Experience in configuration management
