Role: Product Owner

We are looking for 3 full-time Product Owners to join our growing team developing a cutting-edge, AI-powered platform to improve English communication in the workplace. Each role will focus on a different area of the learner and customer journey and will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, AI researchers, and product leadership.

About the Roles

Each Product Owner will own a dedicated part of the product portfolio:

Product Owner – Digital Language Tutor: Owns the learner’s real-time practice journey through AI conversation. Product Owner – Dashboards: Owns data modeling, admin/learner dashboards, and visualisation of learner progress and ROI.Product Owner – Speaking Assessment: Leads AI-driven feedback, diagnostics, and learner modelling. Suited to a platform- and data-oriented PO who thrives on algorithmic products and infrastructure logic.

Each PO role comes with strong ownership and the opportunity to shape the product from design through delivery. 

What You'll Do

Translate vision and user needs into clear, actionable product requirementsOwn and refine the product backlog; define epics and user storiesWork closely with tech leads and designers to plan and deliver featuresDefine success metrics, prioritise delivery, and communicate progressCollaborate across AI, UX, learning design, and commercial teamsEnsure consistency, scalability, and measurable learner outcomes

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering tech productsStrong decision-making skills and ownership mindsetConfident working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentClear, professional communication in EnglishComfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting prioritiesExperience with AI, EdTech, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
