About The Role:

Settlement Squad to handle next challenges in Settlement: Same day settlement, multiple Settlement Bank, Prefund, Multicurrency. Reconciliation Squad to handle next challenges and Reconciliation: Recon as a Service, Dispute, Refund, Chargeback.

What Will You Do:

Gathers, manages, and prioritizes market/customer requirements. Defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap Implement customer requirements for specific Project. Works closely with engineering, sales, partner, and operations to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. Passion for solving real people problems at scale Impact focus and consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business. Data-minded. Must deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact. Depth of experience leading major product or growth initiatives across multiple products, platforms and feature clusters Verbal & written communication that is clear and effective.
