If you’re passionate about digital transformation and customer-centric design, you’ll feel right at home here. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Support the development and refinement of the product roadmap aligned with business goals. + Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product requirements and user stories. + Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value and feasibility. + Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and analysts to ensure smooth delivery. + Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. + Act as the main point of contact for your product area, aligning stakeholders and communicating progress. + Use data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. **What You’ll Bring Along** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Digital, Technology, or a related field. + Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital, customer-facing environment. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). + Exposure to eCommerce, digital sales, or subscription-based models is a plus. + Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and web technologies. + Ability to analyze data and customer feedback to guide product decisions. + Skilled in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria. + Confident communicator across technical and non-technical teams. + Commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs. + Basic technical knowledge (e.g., APIs, CMS, tagging, integrations) is beneficial. + Curious, proactive, and customer-obsessed. + Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. + Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity. + Agile certifications (e.g., CSPO) are a bonus but not required. + Excellent command of both spoken and written English **What’s in it for you** ✔ New beginnings can be a challenge.
