Job Description Day to day Group - Audits on work plan data to ensure accuracy o Checking if theres issue with sourcing data o Issues with some of the manually controlled fields on the work plan that we can enter internally to resolve - People enter manual work plans > we manage changes to work plan in coding and logic updating how the code works o Product side, NOT IT side of code o Communicating changes out, documenting them o Design with customer on how it would work - Documentation o Internal processes to managing work plan o Customer facing guides on how to enter requests, how to review  Not the only one doing customer facing documentation  How to use work plan data and provide updates Where do you fit in as Product Owner?
