Key Responsibilities

To act as the voice of the customer by maintaining key information on personas, user journeys, product metrics, and benefits. Partner with key stakeholders to define goals, success criteria, and measurable outcomes for delivering ongoing value. Provide effective day-to-day leadership of an Agile product team by defining vision and directing the execution of a digital product roadmap. Remote work permitted 2 days per week. #LI_DNI.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience with JIRA, Agile, digital financial transaction solutions and best practices, product management for software-based solutions, service blueprinting, call analytics, and journey mapping. Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $89,900 - $134,700 year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
