 Job Description
A leading enterprise is searching for a Product Owner to support collaboration and communication platforms used across the organization. This strategic role bridges business and technical stakeholders to deliver essential functionality for modern workplace productivity. The position involves translating high-level goals into actionable deliverables, leading Agile teams, and shaping how employees connect and collaborate across platforms. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to set priorities and define development goals based on business outcomes.Translate strategic initiatives into actionable user stories for software delivery teams.Lead and support Agile software teams, providing guidance and managing delivery expectations.Co-lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos with Scrum Masters.Ensure continuous communication and alignment with Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and business units. Qualifications and Requirements: Required:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field—or equivalent experience.At least 5 years of relevant experience in product ownership or digital platform delivery.Experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud solutions on a major provider such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).Experience using application lifecycle management tools such as DevOps, JIRA, or Rally.Preferred:Background in business analysis or project management.Familiarity with CI/CD environments and digital transformation strategies.Strong collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Understanding of insurance industry operations and digital product needs. Work Authorization & Employment Status Requirement
