About Store Product Operations: The Store Product Operations Capability Enablement team exists to drive awareness and strategic alignment between Store product and enterprise stakeholders, efficiently and effectively delivering new product capabilities needed to support Enterprise and Store strategic priorities.
As a Product Ops Manager within Stores’s Capability Enablement Product Operations Organization, you will collaborate across our product and operations teams to deliver high integrity commitments and improve our core competencies around strategic planning, portfolio health, and communication. You will leverage your prior experience to engage product partners in the creation and implementation of team routines that reflect product thinking and connection to OKRs. You will integrate intention maps from multiple teams to represent cross functional bodies of work, fueling collaboration across product. You will bring visibility to dependencies and risks across the portfolio and provide visibility to progress of our Product KPIs. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to product teams by bringing data and insights into conversations and meetings. You are accountable to driving awareness and strategic alignment among Store product and enterprise stakeholders to efficiently and effectively deliver new product capabilities needed to support Enterprise and Store strategic priorities.
Your core responsibilities include:
Manage and/or support high integrity commitment advancement by aligning product, process, tech, UX, data and operations partners to objectives.
Co-create and implement routines to advance transparency to planned work, identify synchronization gaps, track progress against plans, and navigate risks.
Provide support, develop playbooks, and create organizational efficiencies by centralizing consistent tools and processes.
Execute on the communication framework for our product portfolio to provide visibility to the progress and KPIs associated to the technical investment (may include preparing and communicating updates and analyzing and preparing data to inform the strategy)
Advocate for and support best practices in tools, processes, documentation and communication across product teams and with stakeholders and leaders.
Support integration of intention maps to understand interdependencies among teams.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of product management, project management, product ops, and/or equivalent domain experience
Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams - understands product principles and technology interactions
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
Project or program management experience - Ability to successfully manage one or multiple initiatives utilizing a wide variety of project management tools and resources (SmartSheet, Confluence and Jira experience)
Ability to self-organize, meet deadlines and lead through ambiguity
Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology across Operations, Process, Product, and Technology
Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground, push for consistency where possible, facilitate conversations, and navigate competing interests
Critical thinker and proven problem solver, including in scenarios where data is not readily available
Curiosity with a passion for learning and contributing to a growth culture
Experience creating and delivering product tools & stakeholder materials
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
