Insight Global is looking for a Product Operations Lead to join one of North America's largest Athleisure wear brands.
The Product Operations Lead partners closely with Retail Technology Product Managers to ensure digital tools are well supported, widely adopted, and delivering measurable value in stores.
This role acts as a critical liaison between store teams and Product, translating usage data, operational insights, and frontline feedback into actionable recommendations that inform product decisions, prioritization, and adoption strategy. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Retail Operations, Community & Events, and other partners to close adoption gaps, improve execution, and maximize the business impact of Retail Technology tools—including, but not limited to, Local Outreach.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-comfortable, operationally strong, and motivated by proving business value through adoption, labor savings, and cost efficiencies.
Core Responsibilities
Product & Platform Operations
Own day-to-day operational support for Retail Technology platforms, including Eventbrite usage across Community & Events SSC teams.
Ensure store-level access across Retail Technology tools is accurately provisioned, maintained, and regularly audited.
Serve as an operational partner to ensure platforms are reliable, ready, and usable for store teams.
Manage reporting requests and scheduled data pulls for internal stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Support launches and new feature rollouts by coordinating readiness, resources, and store-facing communication.
Tool & Ticket Support
Act as a primary operational support contact across key Retail Technology tools, including Local Outreach.
Manage incoming ServiceNow tickets, triage issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Partner with Product Managers on escalations, bug prioritization, and product input when needed.
Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements to reduce friction and improve support workflows.
Adoption, Value & Data Analysis
Monitor adoption, engagement, and usage metrics across Retail Technology products on a regular cadence.
Use existing dashboards (Power BI) and Excel-based datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Identify stores, regions, or segments that should be using tools but are not—and define the gap.
Quantify and communicate business value, including:
Labor savings
Cost reduction
Incremental engagement or event impact
Pull together available data to build opportunity assessments and adoption plans that drive measurable improvement (e.g., targeted initiatives to drive 5%+ adoption lift).
Report performance trends and recommendations to Retail Operations, Product Managers, and leadership.
Trend & Issue Identification
Analyze ticket trends, adoption data, and operational signals to identify systemic issues, workflow friction, or knowledge gaps.
Synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Product and Technology partners.
Surface emerging risks, opportunities, and adoption blockers to inform product roadmap decisions and prioritization.
Look holistically across the Retail Technology portfolio to identify 5–6 key opportunity areas and partner with Retail and Product teams to drive execution.
Enablement, Coaching & Learning
Partner with Retail Operations to design enablement mechanisms that drive sustained adoption (e.g., coaching moments, best-practice sharing, targeted outreach).
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Community Specialists and store teams, especially those newer in role.
Facilitate office hours, feedback sessions, and learning moments to build confidence and unblock teams.
Develop deep familiarity with onboarding and enablement materials and partner with Learning & Leadership, Product, and Retail Operations to improve them based on feedback and observed needs.
Translate data, insights, and feedback into clear, actionable learning moments for store teams.

Skills and Requirements
1–3 years of experience in operations, retail, business analysis, program coordination, or a related role; retail or store-facing experience strongly preferred.
Strong interest in product management and how digital tools drive business and operational outcomes (prior PM experience not required).
Comfortable working with data—able to analyze usage metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations.
Experience supporting cross-functional work with Retail Operations, Community, Events, and/or Technology teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority and tailor messages to different audiences.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple requests, tickets, and workstreams simultaneously.
Proactive, curious, and continuously focused on improving how work gets done.
Technical & Data Skills
Basic to intermediate Excel skills (working with structured datasets, filters, pivots, and basic analysis).
Comfortable navigating existing Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports.
Ability to pull together available data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and support decision-making.
