Product Operations Lead, Meta Superintelligence Labs (GenAI)
**Summary:** Meta is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join the Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) Product Operations team. Our mission is to be the experts on quality to improve how product teams resolve user issues. If you like working with data and helping users, Product Operations is for you.We are looking for an individual contributor with data and AI modeling expertise who can partner with cross functional teams in complex, multi-platform user response quality efforts to improve the AI experience. This role will form part of the global Product Operations leadership team and require candidates to balance high touch strategy engagements and be able to roll up their sleeves and “do the work”. This role partners closely with the Head of MSL Operations, providing strategic insight and long term planning support. This role centers on closing the loop between users and model performance—leveraging user feedback, model evaluations, and annotations to refine and scale our AI systems. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Operations to define signals, run user-based experiments, and elevate our model quality metrics across internal and external use cases. **Required Skills:** Product Operations Lead, Meta Superintelligence Labs (GenAI) Responsibilities: 1. Establish and lead ongoing programs and systems that provide leverage through user feedback for all model foundation teams (examples: feedback loop programs to synthesize the top needs of customers from a range of input channels, running ongoing execution sync meetings) 2. Collect, analyze, and leverage data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions 3. Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to monitor product metrics, understand customer feedback trends, and support product optimization 4. Leverage AI and automation models, prompts, and insights to optimize workflow efficiency and improve quality of our output, insights, and deliverables 5. Define and lead program execution strategy for multiple areas of products and the platform, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product objectives via programmatic solutions 6. Foster trusted partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Product Operations leaders to align goals, streamline communication, and support business priorities as well as implement product, process, and tool improvements 7. Mentor team members, providing continual support to unblock and enable them to complete their respective projects **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience 9. 12+ years of experience in product operations, Machine Learning evaluation, user research, or similar roles 10. Proven track record managing user feedback loops, model evaluations, or annotation workflows at scale 11. Demonstrated analytical skills, proficiency with data tools (SQL, Python, experimentation platforms), using data to tell a story and influence product direction 12. Demonstrated experience building data pipelines, reports, dashboards (Unidash, Tabeau etc.), and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to executive technical stakeholders to influence decision-making 13. Proactive problem solver with experience breaking down ambiguous issues into component parts to develop solutions 14. Proven executive communication skills and demonstrated experience engaging with executive leaders 15. Proven stakeholder management—demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive leaders with qualitative and quantitative insights **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 16.
