Location: HWY 403 & Dundas St W, Mississauga
Shift: This role will provide a part time scheduling covering Tuesday to Thursday, with working hours between 8:00am - 5:00pm. Flexibility based on business needs will be required.
About the Role
The Product Operations Coordinator will orchestrate the ongoing creation and management of digital assets and information for Factor Canada, many of which our customers interact with daily – including recipe copywriting and photography, menu content, and more. Reporting to the Sr. Product Specialist, and as part of the Physical Product team, you will play a key role in ensuring that both internal and external product-related content is clear and correct, establishing processes and procedures to support scale. You will work closely with our Culinary, Nutrition, and Menu Planning divisions, establishing operational best practices and leading key quality initiatives.
What you will be doing:
Manage the moving parts of the meal databases Cross-checks with menu planning, culinary, and nutrition teams to ensure accuracy of all relevant meal data and assets. Oversee the weekly menu upload (including both recipe & menu creation), partnering Hello Connect Support new recipe asset organization & and data management including photography, copywriting, and translation Partner with menu planning, procurement and culinary to manage recipe change documentation due to ingredient updates Support add-on asset organization & data management including photography, copywriting, and translation Track progress on tasks related to new product launches Report on initial performance and up-take on new add-ons Establish a high-quality, results-oriented working relationship with Product, Culinary, HelloConnect, our HelloFresh partners Collaborate with other Product team departments (Culinary, Nutrition, Menu Planning) to identify risks/areas for operational improvement, spearhead the development and implementation of infrastructure. Establish (and maintain) the necessary metrics and reporting infrastructure to measure ongoing success (and learning opportunities) within our product operations function. Stay up-to-date with changes in process relevant to menu upload & database management and adapt accordingly. Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize current processes and communicationsAt a minimum, you have:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a problem-solving mindset. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong attention to detail. Outstanding customer service skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Customs paperwork is an asset Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.What you’ll get in return:
