Product Office Director– CoBrand & Partner Product

As a Product Office Director within the Card CoBrand & Partner team, you lead the prioritization, planning, and delivery of key initiatives that support our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress across a dynamic portfolio of work. You will help us identify and resolve challenges, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Together, we create solutions that matter for our partners and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the ongoing prioritization and planning process for the Card CoBrand & Partner portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business strategy and objectives.Develop and maintain robust status reporting mechanisms to provide transparency on progress, risks, and issues across the book of work.Collaborate with Product teams to maintain and evolve the long-term product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.Establish and manage a framework of meetings, governance routines, and communication channels to ensure consistent alignment across key stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Operations, and external partners.Implement and oversee portfolio management processes, including intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks and issues impacting portfolio delivery.Drive process improvements and best practices in portfolio management, leveraging data and feedback to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.10+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or product management within financial services or a related industry.Proven track record of leading a team of resources accountable for managing complex portfolios and cross-functional initiatives.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Tableau).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.Experience in credit card, payments, or loyalty/rewards businesses.Familiar with Agile methodologies and frameworks.Prior experience in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.PMP, PgMP, or similar project/portfolio management certification.Demonstrated ability to drive change and process improvement initiatives.
