The Product Marketing Specialist (Experienced, Senior or Lead) is responsible for supporting the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products and services to communicate the product’s value to the market. Their duties include facilitating sales team training, creating marketing materials that communicate product features, and developing the marketing tools and campaigns to attract new prospects and customers. This individual contributor role can be in: Plano, TX., Miami, FL., or Seattle, WA

Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate customer target audience, competitive landscape, and other market intelligence to support marketing plans for portfolio of products and servicesCollaborate cross-functionally on projects with product management, business development, sales, creative services, digital marketing, and ecommerce stakeholdersFacilitate product and service training for global sales teamResearch, develop and manage a wide range of marketing collateral to support business prioritiesAssess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changesDevelop and maintain marketing content including product enrichment, informative articles, brand and category webpages to build awareness and increase customer conversionCoordinate customer & supplier communications as needed in support of new offerings, process changes, & other relevant updatesSupport marketing requirements for industry events, including occasional attendance as neededSupport project management of marketing activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3 years of related work experienceProven project management skillsAbility to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with senior leadershipAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesAbility to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracyProficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Related Field of StudiesMaster’s Degree: Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Related Field of Studies5 years of related work experience (Level 3)7 years of related work experience (Level 4)PMP Certification and/or Agile experienceAbility to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with senior leadershipAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesAbility to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracyProficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong negotiation skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2: $67,150.00-$97,750.00

Level 3: $92,650.00-$134,550.00

Level 4: $116,450.00-$169,050.00
