Product Marketing Specialist
Job Description We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who thrives in a highly cross-functional environment and is passionate about bringing products to market with clarity, precision, and impact. This role will work closely with Product Management to support multiple product lines across various curriculum offerings — from initial development through go-to-market (GTM) launch and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Own GTM Workstreams: Collaborate with product management to drive products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment across teams. - Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling value propositions, positioning statements, and key messages tailored to target audiences. - Collateral Management: Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of product collateral including web content, datasheets, and internal documentation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product management, and web development teams to coordinate launch activities and content strategy. - Content Development: Write and manage communications plans, messaging frameworks, and landing page content. - Project Management: Lead and track multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. - Strategic Thinking: Balance attention to detail with a big-picture mindset to connect product features to customer value. Skills and Requirements - Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a tech or education-related environment. - Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across departments. - Detail-oriented with the ability to see and communicate the broader strategic vision. - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Familiarity with tech products or having worked in a tech-adjacent role is a plus. - SharePoint - JIRA - WebEx, Slack, or similar collaboration tools - Exposure to AI technologies is a plus null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
